What changed in the latest version

The amendment to Bill HB 5563 changes the term "consumer's" to "telephone customer's" in the section that addresses violations related to circumventing caller identification services. This change clarifies the language to ensure consistency with the earlier subsection. The practical effect of this modification is that it specifically targets telephone customers rather than a broader consumer definition.
