Plain-language change summary

The amendment changes the deadline for the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to submit a report on state tax administrative costs from January 9, 2019, to March 1, 2019. This shift effectively allows additional time for the Secretary to prepare and finalize the report and recommendations regarding the potential elimination of state taxes with higher administrative costs than revenue generated.
