What changed in the latest version

The amendment reduces the number of members on the Commission on Equity and Opportunity from sixty-three to thirty-nine. This change simplifies the composition of the commission and may facilitate decision-making by having fewer members. Additionally, provisions regarding filling vacancies remain unchanged, ensuring that any empty positions continue to be filled by the appointing authority.
