Plain-language change summary

The amendment changes the focus of the bill from increasing the membership of the Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council to requiring the Council to submit an annual report. This report will include recommendations on whether to increase the number of mobile manufactured home parks in the state and the Council's membership. The practical effect of this change is that the Council will provide ongoing oversight and accountability regarding mobile manufactured homes rather than simply expanding its own membership.
