This change allows for the appointment of members from various legislative leaders and state departments, fostering a collaborative approach to explore the feasibility of a state, federal, and private partnership for funding a new dock facility at the Nautilus Museum in Groton. The task force is tasked with making recommendations on any necessary legislation and is required to submit its findings to the General Assembly.
