Plain-language change summary

The changes in SB 934 include the addition of a requirement for party committees to disclose how costs for communications are allocated between different accounts in their expenditure reports. Furthermore, a new provision allows party committees to establish compliant accounts, which will be treated as aggregated with state-only accounts for contributions and expenditures. These adjustments aim to provide clearer accounting standards and facilitate compliance with campaign finance regulations.
