Plain-language change summary

The revised bill now focuses specifically on the Region 15 school district, replacing the previous language regarding equity issues related to Middlebury's membership. It establishes that any budget proposal put forth by the regional board of education must have the support of at least one member from each town in the district to be approved. This change affects how budget decisions are made, ensuring broader representation among the towns in the approval process.
