Plain-language change summary

The amended version of the bill requires that any parcel of land for sale, which abuts another parcel with an environmental land use restriction, must have a specific notice posted on it. This notice must be clearly stated on a sign of designated size and font, informing potential buyers of the environmental restriction on the neighboring property. The change emphasizes the information that must be provided to potential land buyers, aimed at making them aware of the possible implications of purchasing such property.
