Plain-language change summary

The amendment to SB 447 removed the definition of "Health system" because the term is not used in the bill, resulting in the renumbering of the remaining definitions for accuracy. Additionally, the text clarifies that "electronic health record" encompasses various types of health-related information but specifically refers to a "patient's" medical history and treatment. This change in language emphasizes the individual nature of the records and retains the focus on patient-specific information.
