Plain-language change summary

The amended bill clarifies that when presidential electors are being elected, a space will be provided on the official ballots for voters to indicate their choice for President and Vice President, instead of listing the electors' names. Additionally, it specifies that candidates for President or Vice President must disclose their federal income tax returns for the three years preceding the election in order to have their electors appear on the ballot. This change ensures that the electors can only be listed if the candidates meet the tax disclosure requirement.
