The revised bill HB 7136 clarifies the penalties associated with the violation of several provisions related to removable windshield placards for individuals who are blind or have disabilities. It specifies that fines for altering or misusing these placards shall be $150 for a first violation and $250 for a second or subsequent violation. Additionally, it prohibits the dumping of snow in designated parking spaces, with the same fine structure applying. This clarification on penalties aims to deter alterations and misuse of these placards.
