What changed in the latest version
6 added · 11 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended version of the bill clarifies that any lien by the state of Connecticut against land must be recorded in the municipal land records to be effective against other parties and cannot affect prior recorded interests. Additionally, the amendment specifies that any sales or transfers of real property without the commissioner's consent do not invalidate the transaction or impair title. These changes clarify the conditions under which state liens are enforceable and provide protection for previous property interests.
