Plain-language change summary

The amended bill now requires the Auditors of Public Accounts to evaluate all annual reports submitted by the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development since the last audit, rather than just the most recent report. Additionally, the evaluation criteria have been expanded to include checking whether the reports meet specific reporting requirements. This change ensures a more comprehensive review of past performance and compliance with reporting standards, which may lead to better oversight of economic development programs.
