Plain-language change summary

The amended bill adds a new provision designating May of each year as Jewish American Heritage Month, recognizing the contributions of Americans of Jewish ancestry. It also updates the designation for October, changing it from "National Employ the Handicapped Week" to "National Disability Employment Awareness Month," which aims to celebrate businesses that employ individuals with disabilities. This change matters because it emphasizes a broader recognition of cultural heritage and inclusion in the workplace.
