Plain-language change summary

The amendment updates the language in the bill to specify that only a "school administrator," rather than a "school employee," is allowed to copy, share, or transfer data from a student's personal mobile electronic device during a search. This change aligns the terminology with other provisions in the bill. The practical effect is that the authority to handle such data is now limited to school administrators, which may impact who is responsible for overseeing privacy during searches.
