Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Bill SB 25-124 clarify the requirements for nonprofit hospitals regarding their reporting on the 340B pricing program. Specifically, the bill now explicitly states that licensed state hospitals must provide information about their participation and use of the 340B program. This matters because increased transparency can help ensure that these hospitals are using the program effectively and can lead to better oversight of how funds are being utilized to support community health initiatives.
