The amendment adds a phrase related to "drinking water supply projects" to clarify the context surrounding financial assistance provided by the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF). It updates the reference to the eligibility list for financial assistance to specifically mention projects related to drinking water supply. This change matters because it specifies the focus of the eligibility criteria, ensuring that assistance is directed toward projects that provide drinking water services.
