The authority is encouraged to monitor the completion and ongoing upkeep of the duties and functions. Plain-language change summary

The amendment changes the focus of the bill from specifically addressing accessibility requirements at Denver International Airport to applying those requirements to all Part 139, Class II airports in Colorado. It also modifies the duties related to accessibility and safety for these airports, removing specific references to the Denver Airport Authority and instead outlining general duties for all applicable airports. This change broadens the scope of the legislation, potentially impacting more airports and promoting a uniform approach to accessibility across the state.
