Plain-language change summary

The amendment makes the temporary rules of the Senate for the Seventy-fourth General Assembly permanent. Additionally, it modifies Rule No. 44, which relates to remote participation in Senate legislative proceedings, specifically by removing the requirement for a declared public health disaster emergency for invoking regulations regarding remote participation. This change allows for more flexible remote participation options in Senate proceedings regardless of a public health emergency status.
