Plain-language change summary

The changes between the two versions of the bill primarily involve updates to the amendment tracking language. The most notable difference is the removal of the phrase "on Second Reading in the House of Introduction," which clarifies the stage of the legislative process for this version of the bill. This change does not alter the requirement for retail establishments to accept United States currency for purchases, but it streamlines the text related to legislative procedure.
