Plain-language change summary

The changes in Bill SB 242 mainly involve the removal of the introduction lines that included the Senate Bill number, session information, and the name of the sponsor. This streamlining makes the bill easier to read and focuses attention on the key content of the legislation itself. Such simplification can help legislators and the public better understand the bill's intent and the importance of the funding it discusses for supporting tribal affairs related to child welfare.
