APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars i a e r 20 ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local a t m m 21 government division of the department of finance and d r e 22 administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2026 and c e s k 23 subsequent fiscal years to allocate funding to local e a n b 24 governments for the construction and installation of protective u [ shade structures in rural public parks and other outdoor .233793.1 HHHC/HB 178 public-use recreation areas to reduce exposure to ultraviolet radiation, a primary environmental risk factor for skin cancer.
