The revised version of House Memorial 17 adds a section that specifically explains what "talent management" includes, such as career counseling, branding, and contract advising. This change is significant because it clarifies the types of professional services that will be regulated within New Mexico's motion picture, television, and performing arts industries. By outlining these services, the bill aims to better protect artists and performers, ensuring they receive the support they need to develop successful careers.
