Summary

Under existing law, the San Diego Association of Governments is the transportation planning agency for the San Diego County region. This bill would appropriate $5,000,000 from the General Fund to the San Diego Association of Governments to conduct a study of higher speed and safety alternatives for the LOSSAN Rail Corridor in the County of San Diego.
