RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLYA SSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NEVADAN ,EVADA THE,THE SENATE CCONCURRING ONCURRING , That to offset the cost of personal security related to serving as a member of the Legislature, a Legislator may, upon consultation with the LegislativeLegislativePolice, Police, apply for reimbursement for such costs during the period beginning on November 6, 2024, and ending on November 3, 2026, by submitting a claim for the reimbursement of any amount the Legislator is required to pay for personal security related to serving as a member of the Legislature, up to a maximum amount of $5,000 per Legislator;
