In plain language

The bill allows unused travel reimbursements for legislators to be redirected to cover special session expenses.

This resolution authorizes the reallocation of unused travel reimbursements by legislators to help cover expenses during special sessions. If those funds run out, legislators who exceed their reimbursement limits must pay the excess costs themselves.
