Plain-language change summary

The bill has been amended to clarify that funding provided from the Convention Center Support Fund can be recaptured from certain recipients if necessary. This means that if funds are not used appropriately or if they are not generating the expected benefits, the state can reclaim that money. This change is important because it enhances accountability and ensures that taxpayer funds are being utilized effectively in supporting convention centers.
