Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill LB 196 allows all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and utility-type vehicles to operate between sunset and sunrise if they are being used for snow removal. This change is significant because it provides greater flexibility for vehicle operators during nighttime hours, particularly in areas where snow removal is necessary. Additionally, this helps ensure safer and more efficient snow management in the state.
