Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill LB 377 updates the requirements for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. Specifically, it clarifies the structure and political representation of the commission, ensuring that no more than five members can belong to the same political party and maintains a focus on agricultural expertise among its members. These changes are significant as they aim to create a more balanced and representative commission that reflects the diverse interests of Nebraska's residents, especially in matters related to natural resources and wildlife management.
