Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill LB 296A reflects changes primarily in its formatting, with some introductory text removed to streamline the presentation. However, the core content, including the appropriations and spending limits for the State Department of Education, remains unchanged. This means there are still no funds allocated for the specified years, and the spending caps still apply as previously stated. Overall, these changes help clarify the document without altering its intended financial provisions.
