The changes in the bill LB 21 include the addition of a date that indicates when the bill was approved by the Governor, which is March 11, 2025. This addition provides clarity about the timeline of the bill's progress and formal adoption. Additionally, some language has been refined for better readability, but the core content defining terms related to land records remains largely the same. This matters because it helps ensure that all parties involved clearly understand the definitions and intentions behind the regulations, which can lead to smoother implementation and compliance.
