Summary
SB 1505 - This act modifies current law relating to protective services for elderly and disabled adults by authorizing multidisciplinary adult protection teams to access confidential reports of abuse and neglect and case information to the extent necessary to conduct team activities and to share such information with other team members. Additionally, the Department of Social Services and the Department of Mental Health shall have limited access to such confidential reports, as described in the act. This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2372 (2026) and SS/SCS/SB 841 (2026). SARAH HASKINS
