The amendment removes specific exclusions from the definition of "health insurance policy," including a workers' compensation policy and an automobile medical payment policy. This change clarifies which types of insurance are categorized under health insurance, potentially affecting how these policies are treated under the bill. By excluding these specific policies, the bill may ensure that they do not fall under the same regulations or requirements intended for traditional health insurance coverage.
