What changed in the latest version

The updated version of Bill HB 2337 clarifies that urban municipalities can create stricter rules regarding the operation of all-terrain vehicles and dirt bikes. It adds language that allows these municipalities to both prohibit and enforce penalties related to these vehicles, ensuring their local regulations take precedence over state law when they are more stringent. This matters because it gives cities greater control over vehicle use, which can help address safety concerns and potential noise issues in urban areas.
