Plain-language change summary

The version of Bill HB 550 has removed a reference to "ACT No. 164," which likely signifies that the bill is no longer based on or connected to a previous law or regulation. This change matters because it could indicate a shift in focus for the bill, allowing it to stand on its own or address new issues without being tied to past legislation. It may also help clarify the bill's intent and purpose for lawmakers and the public.
