The updated version of HR 360 has renamed the task force from focusing on "Parental Rights" to "Parental Bonds," emphasizing the relationships between parents and children. Additionally, the term "ex parte orders" is now defined more clearly, highlighting concerns about how these orders can impact parent-child relationships. These changes are significant because they aim to reflect a more child-centered approach to family court decisions and address critical issues of fairness and due process for parents, which can ultimately lead to better outcomes for children involved in custody cases.
