The updated version of Bill HB 1545 removed specific references to "cities of the first class," making the parking violation regulations applicable to a broader range of municipalities. This change reflects an intention to apply these penalties more uniformly across various city types, potentially impacting more drivers who fail to pay their parking tickets. Essentially, it aims to simplify enforcement and ensure that the rules are relevant for all cities, not just the largest ones.
