The amendment changes the title of the bill to specify that it pertains to the 2026 Regular Session, while removing a previous reference to "ACTNo.184." This is important because it clarifies the context and timing of the legislation, which helps both lawmakers and the public understand what the bill is meant to address in the upcoming session.
