The amended version of HCR 105 now specifically urges the Louisiana Department of Health and commercial health insurance providers to increase reimbursement rates for Behavioral Health Crisis Centers (BHCCs) with a Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) license. This change emphasizes the importance of financial support for these facilities, which play a crucial role in providing immediate mental health care to people in crisis.
