Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Bill SB 487, a reference to "ACT No. 940" has been removed. This change suggests that the bill may no longer be tied to that specific act, which could impact how it is implemented or understood in the context of existing laws. By cutting this reference, lawmakers may be aiming for clarity or to simplify the legislative framework surrounding the bill. Overall, this update could help avoid confusion and ensure the bill stands on its own.
