The Legislative Research Commission shall establish the Chapter 75 Fire District and Chapter 108 Emergency Ambulance Service District Task Force to study jurisdictional issues in terms of service provision and taxing issues that exist relative to fire and ambulance services provided by districts operating under KRS Chapter 75 and emergency ambulance services provided by districts under KRS Chapter 108 when those districts' territories overlap.
