Supervise the design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of lodging facilities, restaurants, boat facilities, and other recreational or entertainment facilities, and conduct any other improvements it deems necessary on General Burnside Island State Page 5 of 13 BR047100.100 - 471 - XXXX 3/17/2026 2:43 PM Jacketed UNOFFICIAL COPY 26 RS BR 471 Park, and any other property or facilities built, acquired, or leased pursuant to its powers under Sections 1 to 6 of this Act, through a public-private partnership;
