The recent amendments to SB 412 establish a clearer obligation for conservators to inform certain entities and individuals about any court orders regarding the management of a conservatee's estate assets. This change is important because it enhances transparency and accountability in the conservatorship process, ensuring that all relevant parties are aware of decisions affecting the conservatee’s financial well-being. By mandating this notification, the bill aims to better protect the rights and interests of individuals under conservatorship.
