Notwithstanding section 321A.3, subsection 1 , for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, the first $750,000 collected and transferred to the treasurer of state with respect to the fees for transactions involving the furnishing of a certified abstract of a vehicle operating record under section 321A.3, subsection 1 , shall be transferred to the lowAccess revolving fund created in section 8.90 for the purposes of developing, implementing, maintaining, and expanding electronic access to government records as provided by law.
Notwithstanding section 321A.3, subsection 1, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, the first $750,000 collected and transferred to the treasurer of state with respect to the fees for transactions involving the furnishing of a certified abstract of a vehicle operating record under section 321A.3, subsection 1, shall be transferred to the IowAccess revolving fund created in section 8.90 for the purposes of developing, implementing, maintaining, and expanding electronic access to government records as provided by law.
