Section 3211.34,321I.34, Code 2025, is amended by adding the following new subsection:

NEW SUBSECTION.SUBSECTION .

If a lien has been released by the lienholder, proof of such release may be presented to the county recorder of any county, and the county recorder shall note tthe hrelease eron ethe lface eof athe sthecertificate fof atitle c e ot h e c e r t i f i t i t l e and enter the release on the statewide computer system.
