Plain-language change summary

The updated version of House File 1025 adds a requirement for the Iowa Department of Transportation to work with a local planning organization to study and create an alternative route for farming equipment along a busy highway. This change is important because it aims to ensure safer travel for farming vehicles without disrupting traffic on key roadways. By formally addressing this issue, the amendment seeks to support agricultural operations while improving road safety for all users.
