Plain-language change summary

The amended version of House File 994 changes the frequency of reports and payments for beer barrel and wine gallonage taxes from monthly to quarterly. This means that businesses will now submit their tax reports and payments every three months instead of every month. This change is significant because it reduces the administrative burden on these businesses, allowing them to spend less time on paperwork and more on their operations, which could ultimately support local economies.
