and of the deputies and all other assistants and employes ofion certain departments, boards and commissions shall be determined," in administrative organization, further providing for Pennsylvania State Police;

<-- (1) THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY DECLARES THAT THE REPEAL UNDER PARAGRAPH (2) IS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 205(B) OF THE ACT.
(2) SECTION 1733-E(3) OF THE ACT OF APRIL 9, 1929 (P.L.343, NO.176), KNOWN AS THE FISCAL CODE, IS REPEALED.
