Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Senate File 383 has added definitions for "national average drug acquisition" and "wholesale acquisition cost." These changes are important as they aim to clarify how prescription drug pricing is determined, potentially benefiting consumers by enhancing transparency around drug costs. This could lead to better understanding and management of pharmacy benefits and costs for patients.
