Plain-language change summary

The updated version of House File 118 clarifies the scope of the National Guard Service Scholarship Program by officially enrolling the bill and certifying it as originating from the House. The removal of certain lines streamlined the text, focusing on the essential changes without adding unnecessary complexity. This matters because a clearer bill can lead to better understanding and implementation of scholarship provisions for Iowa National Guard members, helping them access educational opportunities more effectively.
